Each reflexology-healing session requires preparation and clarity to properly connect with you. Sessions can range from 1 hour to 3 hours, depending upon your needs. I need to focus, be clear of distractions and open to my innate talents. In order to do so, I minimize technological distractions and work to create a comfortable, safe space that is relaxing and stress-free. I accept appointments by phone only and offer regular and consistent office hours.
